The Hampden Academy Transition Team is a committee formed to help organize and share discussion surrounding the eventual move from our current school into the new Hampden Academy in 2012-13.   A revised description and meeting notes will eventually be posted in this space.  If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Joel Hills at jhills@sad22.us.  These are busy and very exciting times!
